So – final verdict on Witcher 2:

Too short. Even after doing most of the side quests, it was still just too damn short compared to the first one by a LOT.

The ‘god mod’ definitely helped a lot with combat, thankfully, so I wasn’t bogged down by hour long battles like I would have been (and no, that’s not why it was shorter – by the time I got half way through the swamp quests in 1, I was only fighting when I had to because the combat was incessant).

Storyline – I saved right before the end and got to do both the Roche & Triss endings. I eventually will go back to my save right before siding with Roche, and go the Scoia’tael route, but will probably wait until closer to time for 3.

Anyways – Game was good. Graphics, and voice overs a lot better than the 1st. I liked the story on both, equally, but the storyline on second seemed much more fluid & planned, instead of disjointed and kind of crammed together.

I am very much looking forward to the 3rd, though.
